Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician

You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement to the operational efficiency of all asset areas, ensuring regular and efficient maintenance is carried out and problems are solved to the root cause in a safe, effective and timely manner in order to meet business needs at all times.

Working as a multi-skilled technician (Electrical Bias), you will carry out continuous improvement projects utilising your electrical discipline to increase business efficiency.

You will be responsible for assisting with preventing re-occurrence of equipment failures by root cause analysis and initiating solutions, ensuring asset performance improvements.

Manufacturing Process Engineer

The core responsibility of the role is to drive the continuous improvement of fast moving production lines, based on performance vs budgeted KPI’s. Based on line and data analysis, considering inputs of maintenance and operational teams, improvement priorities and area action plans will be set. Supported by maintenance, operations and quality you will drive the execution. You are the owner of relevant standards to make progress sustainable.  This includes amongst others: 5S, Centerlining, RCA, SMED, etc to be developed and applied sustainably.

Typical production equipment will include converting machinery for bulk product to saleable item, high speed packaging, labelling, wrapping, robot palletization and printing machinery.
